EasyClin

EasyClin is a freely configurable management tool for clinical studies. It is designed to help you capture and manage the essential data and documents in an individual way as required for each of your projects and according to your Standard Operating Procedures. Some of the main features include:
  • A flexible data structure, allowing you to modify the underlying system online even while users are working with it.
  • All changes to the data are always written into a specialized data histrory, which enables you to view the database just as it was for a given time and date, just with a click of your mouse.
  • You can set permissions – for example read, write, invisible – for every single data element, so that for an example clinical monitors may be allowed to read data for all centers in the study, but only to write to data records inside their own center.
  • EasyClin provides a very simple and intuitive AJAX-based interface, thus allowing access from anywhere – from your office, your home, your mobile computer, a study site or even an internet-connected computer at a hotel, by simply using a webbrowser. No software has to be installed.
EasyClin has shown itself to be a reliable project management foundation, providing you with data access from anywhere, a simple document management system, a real-time data overview and extreme flexibility while requiring very little user training.
